Campanelli Cos. has leased 36,000 s/f at 69 Campanelli Dr. Their client, Heritage Wholesalers, Inc., is a 40-year old building supplier and will use the facility to expand their operations. Peter Brown of Campanelli Cos. represented Heritage Wholesalers, Inc. and Caleb Hudak of Colliers Meredith & Grew represented the owner, AMB Property Corp.
