Brokers from Keller Williams Realty in Stamford recently toured the Trump Parc Stamford high-rise condominium nearing completion in downtown Stamford.
As part of the tour, the brokers went to the roof of the 34-story building for panoramic views of the downtown and Long Island Sound. Trump Parc Stamford, which is one of the tallest buildings in the city, features 170 residences and amenities including 24-hour concierge/doorman, indoor swimming pool, full-service health club, wireless lounge, billiards and screening rooms and a rooftop private observation deck. Trump Parc Stamford will also feature a first-class restaurant.
