DTZ FHO Partners' Asset Advisory Group has been hired by Broadway Partners as exclusive leasing agent for 970,000 s/f Bay Colony Corporate Center.
Bay Colony is regarded as one of the premier office parks in suburban Boston. The four-building complex sits on a 58-acre hilltop site overlooking the Cambridge Reservoir and Rte. 128.
