Cleveland Circle is a robust area of boutique shops, wonderful ethnic restaurants, and walking distance to public transportation. Multifamily housing in the area includes beautifully designed and restored apartment and condominium buildings and historic single family homes. CHR purchased these four buildings in 2000, adding 120 apartments to its portfolio.Kilsyth Hall 100 Kilsyth is a four story brick building with an elevator and 31 one bedroom apartments. CHR renovated the entrance lobby and hallways, added a new boiler and heating system and windows to make the apartments more energy efficient. In addition, a laundry room was added and the fire escape was replaced.
