Braverman Group brokers 7,000 s/f lease

Municipal Emergency Services (MES) has relocated its company from Texas to the Falling Water/Rocky Glen Mill Complex and has leased 7,000 s/f for a five year term. Municipal Emergency Services sells fire fighting equipment worldwide. The Braverman Group LLC was the sole broker in the transaction. The president Tom Hubregsen needed an educated workforce and the demographics of the Southbury/Newtown area has an unusually high proportion of college and graduate degree residents.
