Brady Sullivan’s Panasis, Kelley and Tobin facilitate 56,029 s/f in leases

Brady Sullivan Tower, 1750 Elm Street - Manchester, MA

Manchester, NH Charles Panasis, Benjamin Kelley and James Tobin of Brady Sullivan Properties have leased 56,029 s/f in leases in the city. Wells Fargo expanded their downtown presence in the lobby of City Hall Plaza and Alumni Ventures Group secured 4,414 s/f on the 8th floor. Bar Harbor Bank, GoffWilson, and The Hop Knot, which is a new restaurant set to open this spring, all joined The Brady Sullivan Plaza.

Brady Sullivan Properties also accommodated a 29,430 s/f expansion of the Department of Veteran’s Affairs operations at the Brady Sullivan Tower, 1750 Elm St.

In Bedford, Callogix expanded into a supplemental 11,367 s/f at 2 Commerce Dr. Brady Sullivan continues to demonstrate an unmatched ability to accommodate growing businesses whether they are currently in the portfolio or elsewhere. In this case, Callogix is an existing tenant with Brady Sullivan at 8 Commerce Dr., which is fully leased. Brady Sullivan was able to offer space across the office park at 2 Commerce Dr. and meet the needs of a growing local business.
