Brady Sullivan Props. leases 9,000 s/f to Cook Little Rosenblatt & Manson

Brady Sullivan Properties has signed a long term lease with Cook, Little, Rosenblatt and Manson PLLC for 9,000 s/f on the 20th floor at 1000 Elm St. according to Charles Panasis, director of commercial real estate for Brady Sullivan Properties. According to Arnie Rosenblatt, partner at Cook, Little, Rosenblatt & Manson, they believe this location is an excellent fit for their firm and will provide a Class A professional work environment for its growing commercial law practice. Brady Sullivan has initiated many improvements over the course of the past year including major renovations to the grand concourse and common areas throughout the facility providing a truly Class A experience for the professional organizations that occupy at this location.
