Brady Sullivan Properties acquires 3000 Goffs Falls Road for $5 million
Brady Sullivan Properties has acquired 3000 Goffs Falls Rd., previously home to Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. The property was purchased for $5 million.
The 210,000 s/f site makes an excellent addition to the company's portfolio of real estate. The property consists of two buildings, each four stories that offer 30,000 s/f floor plates, corporate campus features, five passenger elevators, ample parking, on site cardio fitness center and cafeteria.
