Site Acquisitions, Inc. d/b/a SAI Communications has leased 10,075 s/f of office/flex space at 260 Cedar Hill St. Stephen Bradley, senior vice president of New Dover Associates, Inc. of Framingham, represented the property owner, TV Marlborough, LLC, and procured SAI Communications. SAI Communications is a telecommunications consulting company that provides quality real estate, development, land use, project management and technical expertise for telecommunications companies and other innovative businesses.
With the lease signing of SAI Communications, 260 Cedar Hill St. is now fully leased. The 51,068 s/f single-story brick office/lab/flex building is located within one-half mile from I-495 at Exit 23C (Simarano Dr.).
