Watertown, MA From Boylston Properties and Wilder, Arsenal Yards will have three new additions this year: J.Crew Factory, Jersey Mike’s Subs, and Splash and Dash Groomerie & Boutique.
With leases signed, these three new venues will add to the roster of restaurants, retailers, fitness, service, and entertainment offerings.
Jersey Mike’s Subs new location at 100 Bond Sq. features premium meats and cheeses sliced on the spot and piled on in-store baked bread. Splash and Dash is a full-service dog salon that offers services with relaxing spa treatments, convenient technology, and affordable monthly memberships. The Arsenal Yards location, opening in March 2024, will be the fourth location in the greater Boston area with more planned to open throughout the year. J.Crew Factory will open spring 2024.
