Boyle of Chozick Realty closes 99,936 s/f Valley Farms Shopping Center sale for $27.75 million
Ellington, CT Tom Boyle of Chozick Realty Inc. has facilitated the sale of Valley Farms Shopping Center. This 99,936 s/f center is anchored by Big Y World Class Supermarket, occupying 61,000 s/f.Constructed in 2007, the 30-acre site is located at 135 West Rd.
In addition to Big Y, other tenants at the center include Educational Playcare, McDonalds, Liquor World and the opportunity for further expansion. The center was developed by Cornerstone Ellington, LLC, an affiliate of Cornerstone Properties who has owned and operated the center for 16 years.
The sale closed on March 9, 2023, to ARJI Ellington LLC for $27.75 million. Boyle represented the seller and buyer.
Boyle has been licensed as a Connecticut real estate broker since 1973 and has been a member of the Connecticut Bar since 1980.
Chozick Realty, Inc. is one of the oldest commercial brokerage companies in the state of Connecticut.
