Boyle, Brennan and Langdon of DTZ FHO brokers 22,000 s/f lease for Interact Business Suites at Two Canal Park

According to DTZ FHO Partners, Interact Business Suites has signed a 22,000 s/f lease at Two Canal Park. Interact will be relocating from One International Place in Boston, where it has been located for the past three years with Interactive Worldwide. "Interact saw the unique and compelling opportunity to take advantage of a beautiful block of space at a very good value" said John Boyle, partner at DTZ FHO Partners, who along with Lauria Brennan and Patrick Langdon of DTZ Barnicke were the brokers on the transaction. The new headquarters at Two Canal Park will be located on the top floor of the five-story office building located adjacent to the Cambridgeside Galleria. The new location offers views, MBTA Green Line access at the front door and a short walk to many area amenities including restaurants, hotels, retail and the Cambridgeside Galleria. Two Canal Park was awarded an Energy Star label in 2007 and 2008 for its operating efficiency.
