Cassidy Turley FHO completed a 30,167 s/f lease at 9 Galen St. for Pathfinder International, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing global sexual and reproductive health services. Through the transaction, Pathfinder renewed its current lease of 23,329 s/f of space and secured an additional 6,838 s/f of space, increasing the company's footprint by nearly 30% to 30,167 s/f. Senior managing director, principal John Boyle and associate Ryan Romano of Cassidy Turley FHO represented Pathfinder. James Elcock, executive vice president and managing partner of Colliers International represented the landlord. "We were pleased to partner with Pathfinder International to assist with its lease renewal and expansion," said Boyle. "Pathfinder International is already a globally recognized nonprofit organization, and the larger headquarters will most definitely increase its capacity to improve the lives of those without access to services." This location was a strategic choice offering many area amenities that attract and retain employees." "Our headquarters in Watertown are essential to supporting our incredible staff around the world," said Purnima Mane, president of Pathfinder. "We believe that the additional space will allow us to better serve key populations in the hardest to reach and most remote locations."
