Cassidy Turley FHO, recently completed a 31,832 s/f lease renewal and expansion at Nine Riverside Rd. for Health Advances, a leading healthcare strategy consulting firm. Health Advances is extending its current lease at Riverside Office Park for an additional seven years and expanding its corporate headquarters by more than 40%. The increase in space, 9,907 s/f, reflects Health Advances' strong growth prospects.
