Bowen of Easport Real Estate Services handles 15,876 s/f lease ext.

Eastport Real Estate Services, Inc. has executed a 15,876 s/f lease extension with Brandeis Univ. at 60 Turner St. Bob Bowen of Eastport Real Estate represented the owner, Eastport Turner. 60 Turner St. is located adjacent to the Brandeis campus. Brandeis has relocated its finance group to the property which it has committed to for thirteen years. The lease extension encompasses the entire building and included a complete renovation of the building. The renovation project, managed by Eastport, included reconstruction of the office space, new windows, new restrooms and the construction of an elevator to serve the two floors. Construction services were provided by Eastport. The property was refinanced through Cambridge Savings Bank.
