Newton Heights, MA Bowdoin Construction has hired Brendan O’Leary as assistant superintendent, and Stephen O’Shea as senior project coordinator.

O’Leary has returned to the firm, having worked there from 2015 to 2018, and they welcome him back with open arms. He will be supporting the field staff as well as coordinating and implementing a more enhanced use of Procore. His ability to assist field operations will be a big asset on the busy job sites.

As senior project coordinator, O’Shea will strengthen the interface between the estimating and operations teams and external project stakeholders. With over 30-years in design and construction, he adds to the capability to collaborate with the design partners to provide design-build solutions for the clients.

“Brendan and Steve both embody our client-first mindset,” said company president Andrew Buckman. “We welcome their industry expertise and contributions to our team, furthering our capabilities in serving our valued clients as we celebrate our 50th anniversary year.”
