Bowdoin Construction completes 30,000 s/f fitout for Boston Analytical
Boston Analytical lab space - Salem, N.H.Salem, NH Bowdoin Construction Corp. completed a 30,000 s/f lab and office fitout for Boston Analytical. The project, designed by Margulies Perruzzi, included 20,000 s/f of chemistry, stability, and microbial labs, a 2,000 s/f ISO 5 clean room, and 8,000 s/f of reception, office, and dining space. Interior features include new lab casework, fume hoods, epoxy floors and a new energy efficient HVAC system with high efficiency boiler plant.
