Bowden and Calabrese of the R. Calabrese Agency negotiate 15,000 s/f lease to Koslow Technologies
Waterbury, CT Bob Bowden and Ralph Calabrese of the R. Calabrese Agency have negotiated a lease for a property located at 137 Mattatuck Heights, a single-tenant manufacturing building converted to multi-tenant space. The 15,000 s/f space in the 45,000 s/f building was leased to Koslow Technologies.
Koslow Technologies will be occupying a portion of the building leaving 30,000 s/f of warehouse and office space to be leased. R. Calabrese Agency recently sold the building to its current investor owner. The R. Calabrese Agency represented the landlord of 137 Mattatuck Heights, Giglio Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
