Boulos and Young of CBRE|Boulos handle 101,250 s/f sale of Larrabee Complex

According to CBRE|The Boulos Co., WE 100 Larrabee Road LLC, an affiliate of Winstanley Enterprises LLC, purchased the 101,250 s/f single-story property known as the Larrabee Complex located at 100 Main St. The Larrabee Complex is a multi-tenanted, established retail and office complex located at the intersection of Main St. and Larrabee Rd. close to Exits 47 & 48 of the Maine Tpke. Some of the national and regional tenants at the Larrabee Complex include, Advance Auto Parts, Sherwin Williams, NAMCO, Spa Tech, Northeast Paging, Rent-A-Center and Big Wings. WE 100 Larrabee Road was represented by Gregory Boulos, partner, CBRE|The Boulos Co. The seller, Miele Properties, LLC, was represented by Craig Young, CCIM, partner, CBRE|The Boulos Co.Craig Young
