Boston Realty Advisors to sell 463 Beacon Street

According to Boston Realty Advisors (BRA), the ownership of 463 Beacon St. has retained the firm to sell the asset. Christopher Sower, managing director & partner of BRA said, "There are fewer and fewer opportunities to purchase whole buildings in Boston's Back Bay. 463 Beacon allows for a purchaser to buy a functional short term housing business or convert to an alternative use." Jason Weissman, principal and founder of BRA said, "The building has over 23 ft. of frontage, and parking, these attributes make the building an extremely unique offering. We feel privileged to represent the ownership on this special sales assignment." BRA will exhibit the property and will be offering tours of the asset to qualified buyers. Information on the asset and the sales process can be found at www.463BeaconStreet.com.
