Boston Realty Advisors named agent for two properties on Charles Street
Boston Realty Advisors has been retained to sell 86 Charles St. and 120 Charles St. The 86 Charles St. property consists of 12 residential units and four tandem parking spaces. The property is 1,635 s/f of land improved by a 6,204 s/f building.
The 120 Charles St. property includes eight residential units in which two units have been combined to make one retail unit. The property is 1,483 s/f of land with a 4,104 s/f building.
