Boston Realty Advisors handles $4.5 million sale for 16 River Street, LLC
Boston Realty Advisors (BRA) has sold 16 River St., an 8 unit apartment building located in the city's Beacon Hill neighborhood for $4.5 million ($562,500/unit) on behalf of its client 16 River Street, LLC. The buyer, 16 River Street Apartments, LLC, was represented by Dennis Kelleher of Marcus & Millichap.
The offering boasts views of the Boston Public Garden down River St., and access to Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), Mass Eye & Ear, the Financial District, Suffolk University and countless other amenities including Whole Foods Market, CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks and the many local shops and restaurants along Charles St. and surrounding area.
