Borus of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs represents buyer in $675,000 building purchase

Sterling, MA Twins Realty Holdings has purchased the 3,012 s/f building on 1.03 acres located along 15 Jewett Rd./110 Worcester St. from BAC, LLC. The buyer intends to utilize the property for their lawn service and landscaping business. 

NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs senior vice president, Jeff Borus represented the buyer, and James Kalogeropoulos of RE/MAZ Partners represented the seller. 

The sale closed on December 18th, at a price of $675,000. 

Borus said, “Buildings that include additional land for contractor uses are hard to come by the local market, so it had taken a while to locate and transact on a building for Twins. Glad we were able to find them a home where their business will be able to continue to thrive.”
