Bondi Commercial leases 2,200 s/f to Congressman Courtney
Ken Bondi of Bondi Commercial Real Estate has leased 2,200 s/f of office space at 101 Water St. (a/k/a Thames Plaza) for Congressman Joe Courtney and his staff of 10. The new owner of the building, Janny Lain, will do significant renovations to the 3rd floor space. The congressman and his staff will enjoy views of the harbor and Thames River.
The owner is also planning extensive renovations to the first floor with plans that include an indoor/outdoor café and other retail space with private parking under the building.
In addition to the new tenant the Social Security Administration and two attorneys occupy space in the building.
Space on the 2nd and 3rd floor is still available for lease. Bondi represented both parties in the lease transaction.
