Bolduc of Commercial Acquisition Services negotiates 66,000 s/f $1.8m sale
Alan Bolduc, CCIM, SIOR and principal of Commercial Acquisition Services recently represented the buyer in the purchase of a 66,000 s/f office building at 705 North Mountain Rd., a/k/a The Newington Office and Conference Center, for $1.8 million. The purchaser was Ballimore, LLC and is the latest addition to the TWB Properties Portfolio that Commercial Acquisition Services, LLC represents exclusively for both acquisitions and all leasing. The seller, Equity 96 LLC, was represented by Century 21 Access America.
The new owner will significantly improve the property inside and out and continue with the leasing efforts to individual professionals and small office users. The property is currently operating at 70% occupancy and belongs to a number of national and international executive office suites networks. Over 55 companies call this property home, given its proximity to Hartford, I-84, I-91 and Rtes. 5/15. TWB Properties will also be relocating its headquarters offices there from Wallingford later this year.
