BLT leases 52,141 s/f to Greenwich Hospital in Stamford

260 Long Ridge Road - Stamford, CT 260 Long Ridge Road - Stamford, CT

Stamford, CT According to Building and Land Technology (BLT)they will rebrand 260-292 Long Ridge Rd., as Long Ridge Health & Science.

Concurrently, BLT completed a 52,141 s/f lease at 260 Long Ridge Rd. with Greenwich Hospital, an affiliate of Yale New Haven Health. At the adjacent 292 Long Ridge Rd., Stamford Hospital leased the entire building and opened a new complex this past September.

Improvements already made by BLT at Long Ridge Health & Science include numerous additions to the buildings and grounds. These include new lobbies, new and upgraded elevators, new HVAC and electrical, centralized bathroom facilities, repaving of the parking area, and new exterior lights.

“Long Ridge Heath & Science is a premiere location for medicine, biotech, wellness and research with unlimited opportunities for both large and small scale tenants,” said Kathleen Williams, leasing director for BLT.

“BLT’s decision to rebrand the building to Long Ridge Health & Science is strategic and makes sense.  Advancements in medicine continue to grow rapidly and accommodating this industry is essential,” said Jay Hruska, vice chairman of Cushman & Wakefield’s Stamford office, who represented Greenwich Hospital.

Greenwich Hospital will offer extensive services at the newly renovated 260 Long Ridge Rd. building, including radiology, infusion therapy, physical medicine and rehabilitation, as well as Yale-New Haven Hospital’s Center for Musculoskeletal Care. Both Yale Medical Group Specialists and Northeast Medical Group Primary Care will also be in the newly minted Long Ridge Health & Science.
