Bisson joins Tighe & Bond as senior project manager

Portsmouth, NH Daniel Bisson, PE, BCEE has joined Tighe & Bond as a senior project manager. Bisson has 24 years of water and wastewater engineering experience throughout N.H., Maine, and eastern Mass.

Bisson is known for the management, planning, design, and construction oversight of municipal water and wastewater treatment plants, as well as wastewater and stormwater collection systems. He also designs water distribution systems, storage and pumping facilities, and provides biosolids facilities design and operations management.

Active in the New England Water Environment Association, Bisson has served on the executive board for 17 years in leadership positions including the role of president. He was the recipient of the Arthur Sidney Bedell Award from the Water Environment Federation for his leadership and extraordinary volunteer efforts. 

He also is an active member of the New England Water Works Association, Maine Water Environment Association and the Maine Water Utilities Association.

Bisson earned both his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and his Master of Science in Environmental Engineering, from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He is a licensed professional engineer in Maine,Massachusetts, and New Hampshire, In addition, he is a board certified environmental engineer with the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists.
