Bernkopf Goodman attorney Allon named top commercial real estate influencer

Boston, MA Bernkopf Goodman attorney Eric Allon has been recognized as one of the leading commercial real estate influencers according to GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum, a national real estate publication. He will be recognized in New York City on March 31st at the 18th GlobeSt. Net Lease Conference awards dinner.

Allon was named as a net lease influencer in the individual category among a group of 11 founders, brokers, national real estate developers, CEOs and investment bank executives. Allon was the only attorney recognized for the honor.

GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum says the influencer awards gives the publication a chance to acknowledge “professionals from developers, investors and brokers, to pioneers and visionaries implementing innovative concepts and products into the business…Be it through their contributions to the industry, or the vast successes they’ve racked up in completing deals and projects, or the innovations and best practices they’ve introduced to the business, these people and organizations have helped to shape their field and where it is headed.”

Allon has developed a reputation as a thought leader in PropTech and is regularly seen on industry panels, speaking at events and leading his own PropTech seminars, including giving a Ted-style presentation in October of 2018 at the CoreNet Global Summit held at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston on “The Intersection of Tech and Real Estate and the Chase for Talent.”

Allon’s principal practice areas are real estate and business law, with particular emphasis on commercial leasing (representing both landlords and tenants), the acquisition, development, management and sale of properties, including hotels, office buildings, residential buildings and mixed use properties, financing transactions and commercial loan workouts. His clients include commercial landlords, tenants of retail and office space, hotel and restaurant operators, fiduciaries, brokers, and lawyers. Allon represented Welch Foods on its international headquarters lease in Concord, Rocket Software on its global headquarters lease in Waltham and Clarks Americas on its Americas headquarters lease in the former Polaroid site in Waltham ?— one publication called the latter one of the top ten “Real Estate Deals of the Year” in the Boston area.
