Bernier, McIntyre and Fields promoted in management team by Coldwell Banker

According to Pat Villani, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, Christopher Bernier has been promoted to senior vice president and chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England. Additionally, according to Villani, there has been changes to her senior management team: Merit McIntyre has been named regional vice president of the company's Boston Metro Region. He replaces Daphna Fields, who has been appointed regional vice president of the MetroWest and Western Massachusetts region. Bernier, McIntyre, and Fields will continue to report directly to Villani. "Chris, Merit and Daphna have been invaluable members of the senior management team at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. They are talented and accomplished professionals who are focused on steering the company forward, and I am confident in their new roles they will bring fresh ideas to strategically lead the company into the future," said Villani. In his new role, Bernier will oversee the operational aspects of several key company departments, including the relocation, education, marketing and administrative support teams. Prior to being named senior vice president and chief operating officer, Bernier served as regional vice president of the MetroWest and Western Massachusetts region of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. With 25 years of real estate experience, Bernier has held various senior management leadership positions with Coldwell Banker for the last 18 years. Fields takes over as regional vice president of the MetroWest and Western Massachusetts regions, overseeing the daily operations of 21 offices and approximately 900 affiliated sales associates and staff serving the communities west of Boston. She was regional vice president of the company's Boston metro region for the last three years, and prior to that managed the company's Jamaica Plain and Waltham offices.
