Berkshire Hathaway completes two sales totaling $1.29 million

Avon, CT Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties completed the following transactions totaling $1.29 million:

• 22 Dale Road LLC has purchased 22 Dale Rd., Avon, a 1.58 acre development site from Jen-Dale LLC for $715,000.  This land with approximately 200’ of frontage on Dale Rd. is currently improved with a 6,400 s/f steel building formerly home to Avon Hardware and is set in a retail area, off Rte. 44.  Gayle Erickson and Bruce Cagenello, CCIM of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties were the sole brokers in this transaction. 

• VETMED, LLC has purchased 434-442 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield, a development site consisting of .80 acres in Commercial Zone GB with approximately 232’ of frontage from D&L Properties, LLC for $575,000.  Erickson and Cagenello represented the seller and Rich Correia of RM Bradley represented the buyer.
