Bergin of Pearce Real Estate handles 1,800 s/f lease to State Farm affiliate at Baybrook Plaza

West Haven, CT According to Barbara Pearce, chair and CEO of Pearce Real Estate, senior commercial specialist John Bergin completed his second long-term lease of office space at Baybrook Plaza.

In the most recent transaction, Bergin assisted the Milford-based Christopher Carucci Agency, LLC, a State Farm Insurance affiliate, in finding a second location. The local insurance agency will continue its presence in Milford while also offering a full range of insurance options from the new office. It comprises 1,800 s/f of space that previously housed a dental practice in the plaza.

Bergin represented both the tenant, State Farm, and the landlord, BayKat, LLC in the deal. Bergin is an award-winning agent who specializes in commercial and industrial lease and sale properties.

He is a member of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors (GNHAR), Connecticut Association of REALTORS® (CAR), National Association of REALTORS (NAR), and the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the GNHAR, and he is a seven-time recipient of CID “Deal of the Year” honors.
