Behler of Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC handles lease for Builders Association of Greater Boston

The Builders Association of Greater Boston (BAGB) has relocated their offices to 1,578 s/f at 240 Bear Hill Rd. BAGB, a trade association affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders and Home Builders Association of Mass., has represented the industry since 1944 and has evolved into one of the leading trade associations in New England. The tenant was represented by Jan Behler of Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC and the landlord was represented by Brad Casler of Casler & Company. The association is a non-profit organization that provides consumer education and referrals. It has hundreds of members who construct single family, multi-family, and commercial properties, and remodeling contractors who handle projects ranging from kitchens and baths to full house renovation. The new 1,578 s/f suite provides a central location for their extensive membership.
