Beal of Perry Brokerage handles 5,500 s/f lease renewal at 77 Franklin Street

Boston, MA According to Perry Brokerage, Sharon Merrill Associates, a strategic communications advisory firm, has renewed its lease for 5,500 s/f with A.W. Perry at 77 Franklin St. Rich Beal of Perry Brokerage represented the landlord, A.W. Perry and Brandon Leitner of Cresa Boston represented Sharon Merrill Associates in the lease renewal.

“Sharon Merrill Associates serves a domestic and international client base, and has offered a breadth of investor relations and corporate communications services from our centralized Boston headquarters at 77 Franklin Street for the past decade,” said President & partner Maureen Wolff. “We have enjoyed our partnership with the team at A.W. Perry for many years. Our decision to renew made sense both strategically and financially.”
