Beal and Gifford of Perry Brokerage represents A.W. Perry in 5,848 s/f lease to The Panther Group/ Total Clerical Services

Boston, MA According to Perry Brokerage, The Panther Group/ Total Clerical Services (TCS), a firm specializing in professional staffing and employment services, has relocated its Boston office to 5,848 s/f at The Summer Exchange Building, at 40 Summer St., in the city’s financial district. TCS’ tenancy brings the property to 100% occupancy. Rich Beal and Jon Gifford of Perry Brokerage represented the landlord A.W. Perry in the transaction and Ned Halloran, Jason Cameron and Leanne Rizzo of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented TCS.
