Beal and Gifford of Perry Brokerage represent A.W. Perry in 21,000 s/f in leases

Boston, MA According to Perry Brokerage, a full service commercial brokerage firm serving Boston and the South Shore, they completed leasing activity totaling 21,000 s/f at 20 Winthrop Sq. in the city’s financial district.   

Longfellow Investment Management (LIM) a financial services firm and GEN3 Partners a technical innovations solutions provider, renewed their leases at the property totaling 15,000 s/f and Patrick Engineering, an engineering and construction management firm leased 6,000 s/f.

Rich Beal and Jon Gifford of Perry Brokerage represented the landlord A.W. Perry in these transactions and Kristin Blount and Lauren Vecchione of Colliers represented Patrick Engineering.      

“We are very pleased to extend our relationships with   Longfellow and GEN3 and to welcome the team from Patrick Engineering,” said Kerri Gallaway vice president and property manager of A.W. Perry. “We are fortunate to have these three great tenants with us at 20 Winthrop Sq.”

20 Winthrop Sq. is located at the intersection of Franklin St. and Devonshire St. in the heart of the city’s Financial District steps away from Downtown Crossing, Post Office Sq. and South Station, featuring on-site management, a lobby attendant, and easy access to public transportation and numerous area amenities.
