Beal and Gifford of Perry Brokerage represent A.W. Perry in 9,540 s/f lease to Custom Home Interiors

Hingham, MA According to Perry Brokerage, Custom Home Interiors has doubled their space requirement at 1 Pond Park Rd. Custom Home has leased the remaining available space at 1 Pond Park for creation of fine home furnishings; the group previously occupied 2,400 s/f of R&D and warehouse space at the address. Rich Beal and Jon Gifford of Perry Brokerage represented the landlord, A.W. Perry, in this expansion and extension transaction.
