Beal and Gifford of Perry Brokerage arrange 6,318 s/f lease to New York Life Insurance Company

Rockland, MA According to Perry Brokerage, New York Life Insurance Company, a leading provider of retirement, insurance and investment services, has signed a lease for 6,318 s/f at 1050 Hingham St. This expansion location will meet NY Life’s growing customer base upon their July 1 occupancy.

Rich Beal and Jon Gifford of Perry Brokerage negotiated on behalf of the landlord, A.W. Perry, and Nicole Tiger and Sean Lynch of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) represented NY Life in the lease transaction.

Recent updates have been made to the lobby and common areas and as well as improvements to the building’s facade.
