BCC and AAERP-NE members tour Grossman's Trac 75 apartment complex
Boston, MA Greater Boston builders and real estate professionals gathered July 17 for an informative program at the Trac 75 apartment complex in Allston, the region’s most visible new modular construction project. The program was co-sponsored by the Builders of Color Coalition / BCC and African-American Real Estate Professionals, N. E. Chapter and was hosted by The Grossman Companies, Inc., developer of Trac 75.
Dave Madan of BCC said, “ It was a wonderful evening. Important connections were made, new ideas were developed, and great food and drink were enjoyed. BCC appreciates the partnership of The Grossman Companies, Brookline Bank, and Seyfarth Shaw in opening up their innovative development as a key learning opportunity for our members.”
Saaeed Coates of AAREP said, “Trac75 served as a great backdrop for this gathering of diverse CRE professionals. New business connections were made that would not have otherwise occurred. This cross-pollination is integral to furthering AAREP and BCC’s vision for Greater Boston CRE.”
The Builders of Color Coalition (BCC) convenes minority real estate professionals in Greater Boston’s building sector for the purposes of mutual professional development and leveraged access to development projects. AAREP-NE provides educational programs, facilitates mentoring, and strives to increase the population, stature and influence of people of color in Greater Boston commercial real estate. Program sponsors were The Grossman Companies, Brookline Bank, and Seyfarth Shaw. The event was catered by Celeste Croxton-Tate of Lyndigo Spice and Teresa Maynard of Sweet Teez Bakery.
