Bauer of The Business Exchange sells Columns Property for $389,000

Adam Bauer, principal of The Business Exchange LLC (TBX) based in Hyannis, has brokered the recent sale of 401 Main St. -The Columns Property - to The Columns LLC. The sale price was based on approximately $74.96 per s/f closing for $389,000. The mixed-use commercial property is composed of 5,189 s/f on two floors on 14.94 acres and was formerly operated as one of Cape Cod's premier jazz rooms and restaurants. The historic property has changed owners many times over the last few years and the new owner plans to finish improving the property and offer it available to lease. "We have received a few proposals to lease; this property has great potential and there are a number of potential uses. It certainly benefits both the Cape and the town of Dennis to have another operating business at this location," said Bauer. Attorney Stan Nowak of Centerville and attorney Frederick Grosser of Mashpee handled the respective closing. TBX will begin marketing the available space for lease.
