Bauer of The Business Exchange arranges 42,000 s/f lease for Sofiana Realty Trust

According to The Business Exchange LLC (TBX) of Hyannis, MA, d/b/a 3A Auto Mall has signed a five year lease with renewals for the property located at 827 Chief Justice Cushing Hwy. Adam Bauer, principal of TBX exclusively handled the lease representing the lessor Sofiana Realty Trust. The former site of Luxury Selections will now be operated as 3a Auto Mall. The 40,000 s/f lot and 2,000 s/f showroom offer an ideal site for a local operator to continue to grow. This is the south shore's newest pre-owned vehicle center with an emphasis on 100% credit approval. "This is an excellent situation for a local auto dealership to maximize their exposure. The prominent frontage on Chief Justice Cushing Hwy. and 40,000 s/f lot makes this a very attractive deal." said Bauer.
