Breuer & Co., LLC provides software and services to private schools and healthcare organizations. The new space at 701 Edgewater Dr. enables the firm to expand its operations into class A office space. Its adjacent location to the company's existing space also makes for a simple transition for employees. Due to an expiring lease and Hobbs Brook Management's reputation, the firm chose the space at 701 Edgewater Dr., allowing for expanded operations capacity by 100%. Through a strong recommendation from its broker, Breuer chose Hobbs Brook Management for its responsiveness, accommodations, the fit-out team, and the ability to meet a strict schedule. Breuer & Co. moved into its new space within six weeks of signing its lease.

"We've discovered over time that the facility improvement process is never easy, and the people we work with are just as important as getting the right physical facilities. While our new office space is excellent, we have been even more pleased with Hobbs Brook Management and the fit-out team who 'did the right things right the first time'," said Tom Breuer, president of the firm. "The team approached our project with creative ideas, met an incredibly tight schedule, and gave us everything we asked for without question or concern, being remarkably responsive, accommodating, and pleasant to work with. There aren't many vendors I can recommend without reservation, but Hobbs Brook Management is high on that short list."
