Marlborough, MA MANSARD has completed the sale of Suites 225 & 255 at 28 Lord Rd. The property sold for $450,000 to Yi Zhou who will use the site to expand their practice to continue caring for the health needs in the area.

MANSARD was exclusively retained to market 28 Lord Rd. This well maintained multi-use medical office condo comprised 3,633 s/f and was an attractive opportunity for medical providers seeking to maximize accessibility along I-495.
