Barber of H. Pearce Commercial R. E. completes two leases totaling 1,650 s/f

According to H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate, Phil Barber has just completed a lease with Rabina Properties. Rabina Properties has leased 600 s/f office space at 1 Saint John St. Anthony Petruzziello has leased the remaining 1050 s/f at the same address.   Phil Barber represented the landlord Dr. Thomas Kelly, and both tenants in the transaction.
