Balshaw appointed senior loan officer at NE Moves Mortgage
NE Moves Mortgage, LLC has appointed David Balshaw as a senior loan officer. Reporting directly to Richard Sciaudone, regional vice president, Balshaw is now responsible for overseeing the origination of loans in the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Laconia.
Prior to joining NE Moves Mortgage, Balshaw was a mortgage originator for Meredith Village Savings Bank and was responsible for originating loans throughout the lakes region.
Balshaw is an active member of the Canterbury Historical Society and the Lakes Region Board of Realtors. In addition, he is a past board member of the Concord Area Trust for Community Housing.
