Balletto, Edwards and Paterno of Northeast Private Client Group broker $4.95 million portfolio sale

Bridgeport, CT Northeast Private Client Group (NEPCG) has completed the sale of the Fairfield and Stratford Portfolio.

Senior vice president investments Brad Balletto and senior associates Richard Edwards and Robert Paterno represented the seller and procured the buyer for the multifamily transaction.

Fairfield and Stratford Portfolio, located in Bridgeport, sold for $4.95 million. Situated at 1589 Fairfield Ave. and 1873 Stratford Ave., this two-building 42-unit portfolio consists of one, two, and three-bedroom layouts totaling 37,202 s/f. Both buildings are located with access to downtown, I-95, and MTA Railway.

“We are sincerely grateful for the continued opportunities to work with both the buyer and seller with whom we have done several transactions on each side,” said Balletto.
