Ballachino joins Union Savings Bank as Vice President, senior CRE lender

Danbury, CT Thomas Ballachino has joined Union Savings Bank as vice president, senior commercial real estate lender.

Ballachino will be responsible for origination and closing of commercial real estate loans and new business development.

Ballachino has more than 34 years of experience in commercial real estate lending and has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently he served as managing director for Axiom Capital Corp., Cromwell, CT and prior to that, first vice president, regional team leader for Liberty Bank.

Ballachino earned a B.S. in Real Estate and Urban Economic Studies from the University of Connecticut. 

He is a member of the society of office & industrial realtors and the Real Estate Finance Association. He resides in Cromwell, CT.
