Bailey of Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc. brokers two sales totaling $897,500

East Falmouth, MA According to Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc., Christopher Bailey, vice president, has sold 2,415 s/f of medical office space located at 170 E Falmouth Hwy. The sale closed for $435,000.

The property is occupied by a dental practice with a long-term lease. The new owner, a local investor, purchased the medical office as an income property. In 2018, Commercial Realty Advisors sold 4,252 s/f of class A medical office space for $890,000, which was part of the same portfolio. That property is located at 1 Technology Park Dr., Unit 3, in Bourne.

Also, Bailey sold a 1-acre commercial lot located at 321 White’s Path in South Yarmouth. The sale closed for $462,500.

The new owner, Perry’s Land Stand Ice Cream, sends its fleet of ice cream trucks to Cape Cod neighborhoods and beaches each summer, and plans to construct a 7,440 s/f warehouse building on the lot. A portion of the building will store, supply and service their trucks. In a future phase, there will be 6,240 s/f of industrial bay space with six 12’ x 14’ overhead doors available for lease.
