Atlantic Property Management expands into Charlotte, NC

Charlotte, NC Atlantic Property Management, a boutique property management company part of Boston-based Atlantic Retail, is expanding its services to include 600 Forest Point Circle. This move underscores the company's commitment to delivering property management solutions to the Charlotte area. Atlantic Property Management currently manages properties in 10 states nationally, compared to three states less than a year ago.  

"We are thrilled to extend our property management services into the Charlotte market," said Chad Boulay, senior vice president of Atlantic Property Management. "Our team is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the property's reputation, value, and tenant satisfaction. We look forward to contributing to the continued success of our client and expanding our platform nationally.” 

Forest Park IV is a single-story, 64,000 s/f class A office building. Located by Charlotte Douglas International Airport, this location includes conference and training rooms, and nearly 300 parking spaces. Atlantic Property Management will provide its platform of services to help with the continued success and growth for its client.
