Atlantic Commercial RE handles $255,000 sale of 2,400 s/f industrial condo

Foxborough, MA Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC brokers the $255,000 sale of 14 Perry Dr., Unit B, one of four industrial condominiums located in the Ganawatte Place Business Condominiums Industrial Facility. The facility features ample parking, drive-in bays, loading dock, high stud height, finished office spaces and mezzanine storage.

“With record low interest rates, scarce supply and rising industrial rental rates, our qualified buyers remain eager to purchase their own properties during the ongoing pandemic” said Kearins, principal of Atlantic Commercial.

The Atlantic Commercial Brokerage Team of James Kearins, David Linehan and Mark Kearins represented the seller, Virginia Coppola and procured the buyer, Savaria Dance Studios.

Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC limits its commitments to commercial and industrial brokerage along Routes 128, 495, 95, 24 and other connecting corridors so that each assignment may be successfully completed. Through over thirty years of experience and specialization in our target market, Atlantic Commercial has mastered the art of negotiation and developed the extensive contacts needed to bring the transactional results our clients expect.
