Atherton of Atherton & Associates brokers two sales totaling $1.8 million

Bryan Atherton, CCIM, president of Atherton & Associates has brokered the sale of 5 Victoria Dr. in Monroe for $950,000, and 133 South Main St., former home of Mathison Flooring in Newtown for $675,000. 5 Victoria Dr. is a 12,500 s/f industrial/flex property with 9,000 s/f of high ceiling warehouse/industrial space and 3,500 s/f with office/retail potential. The property is now on the market for lease. 133 South Main St. is a 6,480 s/f retail/flex property with 3,240 s/f of warehouse/storage space with 2 overhead doors in the rear and 3,240 s/f of retail space. While the property was under contract for sale, Atherton found a tenant to occupy the space and struck a 5-year lease with Pavement Maintenance Services.
